We stand behind the Strategic Reading Boot Camp Kit and the system it provides.

Because this product includes digital educational content and a consumable workbook, all sales are considered final. However, we offer a limited satisfaction guarantee to ensure families can confidently try the program.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you begin using the program and do not feel it is helping your child, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have completed at least 3 full sessions using the journal

  • You provide a brief explanation of your experience

  • You submit photos of completed journal pages from those sessions

This ensures that families give the system a fair and structured attempt while protecting against misuse.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Unused products

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to follow the program structure

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please contact us and we will assist you.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

However, this right is limited where permitted by law.

  • If any digital content has been accessed or used, your right to cancel may be waived

  • If the physical journal has been used, written in, or marked in any way, it is no longer eligible for return

To be eligible for a return under this provision, the item must be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund request and any supporting materials.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
